Using the Baseline CLI

Run Commands

Via Docker Compose

bash
docker compose exec app npx baseline [command]

Execute commands inside your application container using npx.

Via The Helper

bash
./baseline [command]

Use the ./baseline executable in your project root, it is simply a wrapper around the docker compose command.

WARNING

The CLI automatically bootstraps the framework by locating server/baseline.js.

Ensure that server/baseline.js exists and exports exactly one variable: the baseline instance.

Manage Migrations

Use these subcommands to manage your database schema:

CommandDescription
db:pushForce the current database schema into the database (ideal for testing environments).
